Arrive at least 15 minutes early, as classes often reach capacity and parking may require patience. You’ll be grateful when class starts that you are peaceful and ready for yoga!

First Time Students: Please arrive 15-30 minutes prior to class.

Please enter and leave the yoga room quietly to enhance your focus and concentration, as well as acknowledge the relaxation of others.

If you are late and the class is in the opening meditation, please wait by the door after checking in at the front desk.

Bring water, a mat and a towel.

Yoga Mats are free for use for your first class and are available for rental for $1 after your first class. Yoga Mats are also available for sale.
