Amber has had first hand experience of Michelle’s soulful and centering guided cacao ceremony and was so touched that she invited her to join The first Gathering. Prepare to have your heart and mind captivated and ready for a blossoming open. \nThe bodywork will be a mix of grounding breathwork using retentions (kumbhaka pranayama) to sooth the nervous system and deepen your presence\, gentle heart-opening\, free-flowing movement\, and deep self-myfascial release using tennis balls to condition the lungs and create better pathways of communication by lubricating your fascia. \nThe Breathwork Healing you’ll be guided through is an active meditation technique\, done lying on your back\, that supports clearing the body and nervous system of emotional debris. When we use the breath as a tool to access our subconscious\, we can change our relationship to our wounds\, freeing ourselves from the mental/emotional patterns that can keep us limited in our lives. Triggers and activations soften as we gain space\, helping us to become less reactive and more responsive in our lives. Communing with the breath expands our capacity for choice\, change\, joy\, and healing. When we embody breath we connect with the boundless pulsation of life within\, and from there\, a true and beautiful blossoming can unfold. \nThe Sensory Sound Healing will be four guides walking around\, creating a whimsical and sacred soundscape of crystal bowls\, gongs\, and chimes\, along with natural scent and essential oil mists to delight sensation.
