DESCRIPTION:Join us for an immersive evening of breath and sound — a shared experience of presence\, release\, and rest. \nWe begin with a guided Wim Hof–inspired breathwork session led by Leviticus\, designed to energize the body\, clear the mind\, and invite openness. This simple\, powerful method supports circulation\, nervous system balance\, and deeper states of awareness — no experience necessary. \nFrom this place of attunement\, we move into a sound immersion facilitated by Sound Bath by Wyatt. With large planetary gongs\, crystal bowls\, and a field of intentional stillness\, the experience becomes a perceptual reset — a time to simply listen\, rest\, and return.
