DESCRIPTION:  \n\n\n\nIf you missed the first workshop\, this April Ivy will be returning with a weekender session for a kickoff into Spring. Whether you’re a practiced dancer or a beginner\, both classes will give students the opportunity to explore movement\, learn basic dance techniques\, and have fun! Come solo or with a friend and check out the definitions below for both classes!Jazz Funk is a fusion of Jazz\, Hip Hop\, Contemporary\, and Sensual movement! It’s often powerful\, groovy\, and dynamic. Above all\, it’s meant to be playful and FUN.  No experience required! \nModern Dance is a free and expressive style of dance rooted in concepts like release\, improvisation\, and a fusion of styles like Contemporary and Ballet. In this class\, students will be barefoot and learn basic Modern Dance techniques\, how to count music\, and how to put together a sequence of movement that they can make their own. \nLed by Ivy Case \n4/8 Jazz Funk 6pm-7:30pm \n4/9 Modern Dance 4pm-5:30pm \n$40 for both workshops\, $25 for a single workshop \n\n\n\n
