DESCRIPTION:Join us for a day of connecting with often uncomfortable energies of rage and grief. We will gather in community to witness and move through these energies in a time-limited\, resourced space.\n\nEmma Teresa (somatic coach)\, Sarah LaShelle (ceremonialist)\, and Monica Gonzalez (grief tender) will provide: somatic practices\, herbal elixirs\, and sound healing to witness the energies of rage and grief that we carry and have held in our bodies.\n\nThis time together will be a slow\, reverent ceremony where vulnerability is honored and sacred rage and grief are welcomed so that each person leaves more resourced\, more rooted\, and more in relationship with their own wholeness. Our intention is that by connecting to these energies and allowing them to flow\, you will also allow for the more easeful flow of all the energies of life. \n \n
