Angie has practiced yoga for 20 years, taught at The Studio for 10 years, has trained teachers for the last 6 years and also owns her own studio for the last 3 years.   Always up for a challenge, Angie looks for ways to help her students bring their attention back to the present moment during class.  This yoga tool is used to encourage classroom practice into daily living where an extraordinary life can be made out of ordinary moments.  Her love of people fuels her classes to incorporate lively music, a sense of humor, an bit of challenge, and play.  When not doing yoga, you can find her playing outdoors with her husband and two teenage daughters.  Angie is registered with Yoga Alliance as an E-RYT 500.  You can find out more about Angie at
