I started practicing yoga as part of my recovery process after three ACL reconstructive surgeries from sports-related injuries.  Soon after I became enthusiastic about alignment-based yoga and have been practicing since 2007.  I later completed my 200 hour teaching training in 2014 and most recently the Reiki 1 and Yoga Sculpt training. With a love for both Yin and Yang yoga, I aim to help my students find authenticity on the mat, off the mat and upside down.
