For me, yoga began as a destination over 19 years ago…a place to stretch and get a little more exercise. However, through the gentle insight and guidance of amazing instructors, fellow practitioners and the experience of my own transformation, yoga is no longer a destination, but a way of life. Yoga has helped me let go, self-accept, breathe deeper and just be. With two incredible boys, a fulltime career in educational leadership and an ultra supportive and outstanding husband, I continually rely on my practice in order to navigate the chaos of every day life.
As a teacher, I strive to create space for others to explore and play with their own practice in
hopes that they too can discover all of the gifts that yoga has to offer…both on and off the mat.
