My yoga journey began in 2013 initially as a physical practice, but it didn’t take to realize its other benefits. I developed a peace of mind, a sense of calm, an appreciation for the ‘here and now’ and a deeper patience and gratitude for my fellow human beings that I hadn’t possessed before.  In the spring of 2016 I completed my 200-hour teacher training with Angie at The Studio and am currently completing my 300-hour training.

I enjoy teaching classes that are positive and high-energy where students can laugh at and appreciate themselves. I believe that every single human is already awesome; some people just don’t realize it as quickly. It’s my goal to use yoga and fitness to help people feel good and confident in their physical self to recognize this awesomeness.

In addition, I am also an ACE certified personal trainer and certified to teach Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga.
