For over 20+ years, Suzanne Dong has been a devoted student Iyengar yoga.
She completed the 2 yr Advanced Studies program (equivalent to 500 hr program) from the Iyengar Yoga Institute of S.F. in 1996.
In 1998, she studied with the Iyengar family in Pune, India under the auspices and guidance of Geeta and Prashant Iyengar.
Suzanne specializes in back, neck and shoulder issues as she used yoga to help fix her own problems in these areas.
She was also on the staff for the Stanford Health Care – Cancer Supportive Care Program in Palo Alto, CA teaching restorative yoga classes for their cancer clients.
She has taught many yoga workshops over the years: Yoga and Your Back, Yoga for Arthritis, Yoga for the Immune System, Yoga and your Hips, Yoga & Your Knees, Yoga Tune Up® Therapy Ball, Yoga Using Wall Ropes, Neck & Shoulder Workshop, Back Care Basics, Opening your Heart, to name a few.
