Taylor’s classes are energetic and playful just like her personality. She wants all her students to feel comfortable but be pushed past their limiting beliefs. Taylor has completed a 200hr RYT in Ashtanga with Carol Rutherfurd, a 200hr RTY in Hatha with Zach Cannady and is currently enrolled in another 300hr training. Taylor is passionate about all the elements of yoga and draws her inspiration from these ancient practices. Her classes are focused on the breath to movement connection, allowing her students the opportunity for a moving meditation. She believes set sequences are best for her students to progress in their practice. Her classes are mindful, set with intention, strong/challenging, and a cheerful/welcoming environment. Taylor loves sharing this practice with her students because she saw and continues to see how this practice brightens her life. Taylor feels true joy, presence, and passion when she teaches. She loves the energy exchange between student and teacher, her students offer her inspiration daily and she will do the same for YOU.
