The Studio is lucky to offer both a 200 and 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training.
200 Hour Teacher Trainings are for beginning teachers, who have not taken a previous yoga training.
300 Hour Teacher Trainings are for experienced teacher who have completed a 200 Hour Teacher Training.
