A perfect compliment to a yang practice, yin yoga allows the practitioner to dive deeper into the body. Each yin yoga with Reiki healing class begins with centering breath work and meditation. Students will hold yin yoga posture for 3-5 minutes to allow for a deep connection with the body and spirit. Each yin yoga posture goes deeper than muscle and allows us to work with our connective tissues. Each posture is seated and use of bolsters and props is recommended. Reiki energy will be used the entire class to allow for relaxation and healing on a deeper level.
