A practice to tap into the energy of mind and body

In this practice we will tap into our selves as physical and energetic beings and notice the effects our practice has on the body. This class has a steady pace to energize the body and build stamina. The body is kept moving throughout the practice linking movement with breath. Modifications will be available for the beginner to the more experienced student. Each class will begin with a centering meditation, leading to energizing vinyasa flows and end with a deep stretch floor sequence.
