This class is energizing and challenging with a strong emphasis on flow. The room is gently heated (85-95 degrees) and the class focuses on core strength, balance poses and inversions. Advanced and modified poses are offered for all levels. The class always comes back to the breath moving the body and is also heavily focused on alignment and safely moving the body.
