Fast-paced vinyasa practice for more advanced levels

This is a 75 minute vinyasa. Spin of of Ashtanga series. Putting together the first and second series. Using sun salutations, breath, and bandhas, the class will move through different sequencing of traditional poses. Guided safely with a playful spin.
