Traditional Vinyasa practice with heat
Gently heated between 80-85 degrees we will work on use of the bandhas and breath in order to work on floating, arms balances and inversions. This class will work on the pillars and foundations in order to strengthen our practice.
Through the use of Sun Salutations and some inspiration borrowed from the Primary Series expect to move, sweat and have fun. With the help of the Tristhana Method, an open mind and some consistency all things are possible. See you there!
