Benefits of a challenging flow and gentle stretching in one practice
The room is heated for the beginning of class then utilizes the heat built throughout class to help deepen your practice and detox the body. This vinyasa inspired class will begin with a rigorous flow, moving through a dynamic series of postures, with an emphasis on breath work, proper alignment, and also incorporating arm balances and inversions. To end class we will move to the floor and hold postures longer, to help release tension and foster flexibility. A well rounded yoga class that ultimately builds endurance for both the mind and the body.
