This vinyasa-inspired class will begin with an energetic flow, moving through a dynamic series of postures, with an emphasis on breath work, proper alignment. To end class we will move to the mat and hold postures longer, to help release tension and foster flexibility. A well rounded yoga class that ultimately builds endurance for both the mind and the body.
