Lunar Rejuvenation is a full moon event/workshop centered around release, restoration, and integration. Attendees will be guided through breathwork and journal prompts to initiate the process of release. Attendees will then be taken through a mindfulness and meditation vinyasa yoga sequence to take the process of release and restoration into the body.
