Power Yoga- End your day, begin your evening and soothe your spirit with a class linking yoga poses together with vinyasa flow, leaving you open, revitalized and completely relaxed.

Kundalini Yoga-This class focuses on kriyas, or sequential exercises, incorporating breath, relaxation, chanting, and the repetition of mantras. This Yoga will push you beyond what you think your limits are regardless of your physical ability or yogic knowledge. If you can move your body and breathe, Kundalini Yoga will work for you! This practice promotes optimum health, stress reduction, emotional balance, and enhanced intuition. It trains the mind to be calm, clear, and flexible in the face of stress and change.

Dynamic Vinyasa-This dynamic flowing practice allows the internal movement of the breath to carry the external movement of the body. The internal heat generated during the practice, coupled with ujjayi (diaphragmatic) breathing and the awareness of the bandhas (energy locks), transforms the physical practice into a dynamic form of meditation, as prana (life force) is harnessed and directed up the spine. The microcosm of the body changes as consciousness spreads through it, so the asana (physical) practice becomes disciplined yet ever-evolving communication with the body and mind.

Flow and Restore- End your day, begin your evening and soothe your spirit with a class linking yoga poses together with vinyasa flow, leaving you open, revitalized and completely relaxed.

Weekend Recovery Session- This is an all-levels Hatha yoga class that focuses on breath control plus a combination of sun salutations, standing, seated, inverted, and balance poses that will help you focus and calm your mind as well as prepare you for meditation at the end of the class. Come complete the mind-body connection as you energize your body and relax your mind, leaving class ready to take on whatever your work week may bring. Beginners to both yoga and meditation welcomed and encouraged!

Zen Yoga- The meditative and calming nature of this yoga is beneficial for beginning and advanced practitioners alike. It can be practiced by most age groups and seniors are encouraged and welcome to attend. The postures are all done from seated positions on the floor, allowing for greater muscle relaxation during the stretches. This also helps to increase space in the body, by decompressing and relaxing joints throughout the pelvis and spine.

Acro-Yoga- If you’ve always wanted to try AcroYoga, this class is for you! Together, we will explore the 3 basic elements of AcroYoga (Yoga, Acrobatics and Thai massage). In the spirit of trust, connection and playfulness we will discover all that this practice has to offer. The class may include: mirrored asana sequences, partner yoga, assisted inversions, basic partner acrobatics, therapeutic flying and Thai massage. No experience needed. Just a smile and an open heart!
