Sacred Rage Release Ritual

It’s with great joy to announce this sacred evening for us to come together to honor our RAGE! This potent emotion lives inside all of us, yet society had taught us to hide and repress it. As with all transformation, we must learn how to express and love all parts of ourselves. And here we will do just that! Gathering together in community to do this work is SO POWERFUL and I invite YOU to step forward and join us!
This will be a sacred ceremony, held with reverence and care for you to safely release any feelings of rage, anger, shame, fear, doubt, uncertainty, remorse, resentment, pain, etc… Really, an opportunity for you to release whatever you need to. If you’ve been feeling the pressure, this is your opportunity to come pop the bubble! Time to let go of the overwhelm and intensity.
