A nourishing valentines offering as we dive deep into the temple of the heart.
Cacao is a spiritual aid and superfood packed with antioxidants, vitamin, nutrients, and minerals. Used for over 5,000 years in ceremony; cacao is a gentle guide through transformational shifts in consciousness and an opportunity for deep introspection – meeting ourselves with profound love and compassion.
We will set intentions, release past limitation, and clear our own energetic fields; gently opening ourselves up to receive the potent medicine of mother cacao, and the healing frequencies of sound. An opportunity to explore the depths of the heart, dissolve past limitations, and clear the path for unlimited potential and healing.
