Sacred Shakti Flow

Join us for Sacred Shakti Flow led by Kat Ames and Bailee Gist. Co-taught and heart-led— a two-hour practice weaving the best of both instructors into one supportive, immersive, and nurturing experience. Expect intentional sequencing, grounded hands-on assists, essential oil integration, and a restorative, extended savasana. Live music by Sarah, Julie, and Mason will guide us through each moment of the class, carrying us continuously from our first breath through our last moment on the mat, with harmonium, handpan, djembe, and voice. As we close, both instructors and all musicians will join together for a full sound bath.
