Full Moon Sister Circle

Join Cheryl, Khalilah & Sequoyah as we gather in sisterhood, igniting our voices & invoking the medicine of the Sagittarius Full Moon.Together, we will explore, awaken, & dive fully into our feminine embodiment through the practices of guided mediation,sensual dance, &song. These practices will allow each of you the opportunity to move any stagnant energy and release that which is no longer serving you. We will finish the evening with a beautiful sound healing, accompanied with energy work, this will allow each participant to fully integrate their experience, leaving them feeling refreshed and rejuvenated .
All beings interested in exploring and reclaiming their voice, & tuning into their feminine energy are encouraged to join.
This is a safe space to gather in community.

What to bring :

Please bring whatever you may need to feel comfortable.
A yoga mat
Water bottle
Pillow or blanket
Journal&Pen
An instrument
(i.e. hand held drum, shaker, chimes, etc)
An item for the altar
(Picture, crystal, etc.)

We will be providing snacks for an intermission, if you have a special treat you would like to bring or any food sensitivities, we encourage you to bring something tasty for yourself
