Guided Mysore with Q & A

Receive specific attention and instruction in your ashtanga yoga practice during this Mysore class with Sarah. Practice at your own pace on the series that you are currently learning and receive guidance in areas where attention is needed. Mysore class is also an opportunity to integrate the elements taught in the workshop on Saturday into practice.
In the Mysore class, Sarah offers verbal instruction, gives hands-on adjustments, and often demonstrates the posture or vinyasa in action – specific to each student’s needs.
All levels of practitioners are welcome. Students are invited to practice primary, intermediate or advanced series of ashtanga yoga. Please note, not all students will practice the full two hours – some people will only practice an hour and a half. The time frame is open so that all students have the space, freedom and time to fully explore their practices.
After taking rest, Sarah will offer a discussion on the eight limbs of ashtanga yoga, followed by a Q and A.
