Holiday Detox

Join us for a half-hour gentle yoga flow followed by a discussion of how the detoxification process actually works in the body and how to enhance it with nutrition and yoga. We’ll discuss ways in which to optimize your microbiome for health and weight-loss by eliminating bad bacteria and repopulating your gut with healthy bacteria. We’ll also discuss the best nutrition, herbs & spices to aid the liver and improve your immune system. You’ll receive a copy of the PowerPoint as a reference guide for you to keep.

Led by Tosca Kepplar, this event is donation based.
