Lunar Release

Lunar Rejuvenation is a full moon event/workshop centered around release, restoration, and
integration. Attendees will be guided through breathwork and journal prompts to initiate the
process of release. Attendees will then be taken through a mindfulness and meditation vinyasa
yoga sequence to take the process of release and restoration into the body. The final part of the
workshop is geared towards community and integration. We will have a DJ putting on music
where ecstatic dance is encouraged, but not required. Attendees have this time to integrate
however they feel suits their needs best, whether that is in communication with other attendees,
relaxing on their own, or dancing alongside the music. During this time, reiki healing will be offered
as well.
